POLICIES:

Cancellation/No show Policy:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. Reminder SMS and emails are sent 48 hours before your appointment. We understand that life happens, however ample time is given should you need to reschedule your booking. At the time of your booking, a $50 deposit is required to be made for any treatments 30 minutes or over. The deposit is non refundable and non-transferable and can go towards your treatment on the day. If you cancel the appointment within 24 hours, $50 deposit will be forfeited (unless experiencing extreme circumstances such as sickness). No shows are not tolerated and $50 deposit will be forfeited. If clients no show 3 times in a row, we may decline any future bookings. 

Refunds:

Cosmetic injectable treatments are classified as Scheduled 4 Drugs. Refunds cannot be given to services provided using these drugs due to legislation requirements. It is discussed in consent forms prior to treatment.

Pricing Policy:

Online prices are subject to change without prior warning or notice given. A quote is given after a consultation and a full face assessment.

Late arrivals

We advise our clients to please arrive 10 minutes prior the booked appointment. Our time is valuable and arriving late will take away time from your treatment. Depending on the treatment selected, if you do arrive 10-15 minutes late, we may need to rebook your appointment where a new booking fee may be required.

Right to refuse/reschedule treatment:

Our healthcare professionals have a duty of care to ensure clients receive safe and effective treatments after a thorough medical history is taken. The Nurse or Medical provider have the right to refuse treatment if there are higher risks or certain medical conditions where treatment may not be suitable to go ahead with. Our team has the right to refuse treatment and cancel bookings if any rude or threatening behaviour is presented.

At times, we may not be able to go ahead with cosmetic injectable treatments on the same day due to a number of factors. It is important that you let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, surgeries, dental procedures and even up coming major events.

Circumstances which may effect treatment:

  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding to planning on pregnancy (contraindication to cosmetic injectables)
  • If you have certain allergies and allergies to Bee stings 
  • If you are sick or unwell, on antibiotics, please wait 2 weeks or until you feel better.
  • If you have had dental procedures (even a clean up) or any surgical procedures please wait 4-6 weeks
  • If you have any active cold sore please avoid until completely healed (we advise to take over the counter anti-viral medications if you are prone to cold sores a few days prior to your appointment)
  • If you have a breakout of cystic acne or similar, need to wait until its settled 
  • Dermal fillers not suitable if you are on Roaccutane
  • Covid vaccine- please wait 2 weeks after vaccines
  • If you are flying interstate within 3 days or international 2-4 weeks (varies)
